Equal Treatment was the magazine of the Treatment Action Campaign. Originally published as a low-cost newspaper, from 2005 we invested substantially more effort and money into its design and content. Here are the back issues that I’ve been able to salvage from 2005. I am not sure what happened to issues 28 to 30, nor what happened to issues after number 31.
Eventually Equal Treatment was renamed to match the HIV National Strategic Plan. Then it became the website Spotlight NSP, which focuses on health in South Africa and is still active.
To get earlier issues, you can try the Legal Deposit Libraries or the South African Historical Archive in Johannesburg.
